This is Monday of our spring break "staycation". We went to the Miami Zoo. Miami zoo is a big one so we rented bicycles. The girls got to sit in the front basket and loved the ride. Poppa of course made the ride a fun one, as he pretended to run into everything. We saw all kinds of animals including a mommy and poppa giraffe (if you know what I mean), had a rhinoceros encounter (the girls got to comb the rhinoceros) and saw a bear rip open a coconut treat and drink all the juice. The girls also got to ride in a hamster ball and walk on water. Carli was excited until she actually got in it. Lexi enjoyed it until she saw her sister crying. We finished the afternoon off with some ice cream. What a fun day!
