Today was a family Sunday at the zoo. We always love going to the zoo. We were greeted by a turtle at the fence when we first walked in, Lexi of course thought this was very cool. Took our usual ride on the carousel. Alexi hopped on the biggest, highest one she could find, Carli hopped on the bench of course. Carli fought Gavin for his stroller until she won. Though I am thinking, Gavin probably walked faster than she would have. In true form, Lexi turned the stroller into a jogging stroller and ran Carli through the zoo. Could I have two more opposite kids? We ate lunch there and Lexi got to pick out the stuffed snake she has asked for the last 20 times we have been there. We were even able to end the zoo with the sprinklers. Gavin was not so sure about it, but the girls loved it! They were hot and ready.
