The girls had their dance recital this weekend. Some of the photos were from the rehearsal and others were from before and after the actual recital. The quality of the pictures on stage at the rehearsal are not great as we were not allowed flash. Regardless, they show how much fun the girls had. They worked so hard on the dances they preformed. Alexi did a tap routine and Carli had a ballet routine. The recital itself was AMAZING, choreographed to the story of Alice in Wonderland. Carli followed her routine exactly and didn't miss a step. Carli a little worried that her partner would not do the dance (her partner stood still at the rehearsal), grabbed her at the recital. Carli was not allowing her to not dance! She was so darn cute.
Alexi did great as well. Alexi is a little more shy than Carli, but she got up on that stage with the biggest smile ever, even though I know she was a little nervous. We were so proud of both of them! Both girls are excited for dance again next year.
